Outside Sales Rep/Technology Consultant

Each position works normal business hours, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Each position requires a minimum of 1 year related experience, an Arizona driver's license and a personal vehicle for work use. We offer a friendly, fun, professional work environment, 3 weeks PTO, 7-9 paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, education reimbursement, base salary plus commission.
 
Outside Sales Representative Status: Salary + Commission


Summary: Meet sales quotas by selling all lines of business to businesses and home-users in Northern Arizona. Engage clients by performing in-person and phone follow-up calls to ensure client remains using CompuTime’s services.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive new and existing sales to meet company-set revenue standards by cold-calling, in-person presentations, networking and on-line marketing/networking
• Follow-up with current clients on a regular basis to grow business by selling services they currently do not purchase from CompuTime and to ensure they are satisfied with CompuTime.
• Ideally someone with technical sales is a huge plus, but we can train on the products for the right person.
• Outside sales experience
• Motivated by money
• Also motivated by doing the right thing for the customer
• Able or experience with prospecting for NEW business
• Able to learn multiple product lines in a short period of time and sell them to a single client Able to maintain a current client base (and grow it)
• Able to multi-task and approach prospects and clients with a consultative approach

                                                     

Avaya Telecom Technician

Work directly with customers to provide telephone technology support via training. Troubleshoot phone issues and repair problems. Install telephone systems, including programming. Train clients on use of phone system. Pull cabling and terminate cables.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install business telephone systems
• Train clients on use of phone and voicemail systems
• Respond to service calls relating to phone and cabling issues
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and replace components of telephone systems
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.


Education And/Or Experience: Must have a High School Diploma and minimum of 6 months prior telephone and cabling experience.


Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use fingers and hands. The employee is regularly required to bend, squat, stoop, crouch, crawl, and twist. The employee is frequently required to climb ladders and crawl in tight spaces and crawl spaces. The employee is occasionally required to lift/move up to 30 lbs. and frequently required to lift/move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close vision, long vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. 


Work Environment: The employee frequently works alone. Work environment is often very dirty, such as in new construction sites. Noise level in the work environment may range from low to moderately noisy. Temperatures may range from cold in winter to very warm in summer.
